WALKS, ANCIENT SITES AND CHRISTIAN ROOTS IN JORDAN

An unusual opportunity to see this ancient land; encounter its history and meet some of its people.
Four of the days will be spent walking in spectacular and wild landscapes that have changed little in millennia. (No baggage will need to be carried as we shall have vehicle back-up). Participants will need to be comfortable with walking for 4 or 5 hours on each of the walking days, but the routes are not beyond the capacity of anyone who is moderately fit, or used to walking.
We shall also be visiting some of the most awe-inspiring sites in the ancient world, and encountering some of the work of the local Churches. This promises to be a fascinating, exhilarating and inspiring visit.
